A beautiful, green island. Comfortable rooms, a good lagoon for swimming. In principle, the food is delicious. There are some comments on the service in the main restaurant, they do not have time to clear the tables at peak times, sometimes you have to wait a long time for the ordered drinks. In the evening, it is nice to sit in the bar and listen to live music. There is also snorkeling on the house reef, but the reef, like everywhere else, is discolored.

Hotel service attitude is very poor
1) Poor arrangement of seaplane
I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay

2) Downgrade Room
I have booked a water massage room and paid in full!
But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in.
It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference.

Mauvaise organisation au niveau des vols d'hydravion ! Ma fille mineure a été placée dans un vol de dernière minute et a raté l'avion à Malé. Conséquence rachat d'un 2eme billet à 750 USD pour Singapour. La direction de NOVA n'a rien voulu entendre prétextant un mauvais temps. Au prix du séjour à 4 dans 2 bungalows sur pilotis, on s'attend à un peu plus de professionnalisme et de responsabilité.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff! Beautiful environment, great house reef ( we got to swim with the sharks) and great rooms with comfy beds and direct access to the beach. Thola from Memories was excellent and really helped capture our beautiful moments through photographs on the island. Patient, creative and talented, highly recommend. The sous chef and her team were also brilliant. She really took away the stress of finding something to eat for each meal (due to an allergy) and always ensured I had a great meal. And always with a smile. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and smiley. Excursions and the spa are on the expensive side, even for a 5* resort I'd say. The pool area would be nice if it also had some seating area beyond the bar, and a bit more care (more often cleaning). Every other area was exceptionally maintained. We would definitely come back!

Amazing place, fantastic people - loved it. The island and the facilities are outstanding, the staff are so friendly, and the house reef (for snorkeling) and the nearby dive sites are wonderful.
