Four Seasons Resort Vail

This place is beautiful, employees are remarkably trained, entire place spotless. We ate at the Tavernetta downstairs and enjoyed an incredible meal. During all of our conference sessions, one employee was meticulous in removing empty bottles, trash, refilling water, etc. the food provided on site at our meeting space was outstanding, down to so many house made dressings, sauces and special condiments. Our room attendant was equally amazing and we never saw him/her! but a few times a day we had a spiff up of our space, folded clothes, new towels. It was spectacular. The balcony overlooking the pool allowed for enjoying the live music in evenings if we desired, or keeping the door shut and hearing hardly any noise in our room. It is so quiet and private! We didn’t have kids with us but we saw many enjoying all of the special amenities in the space (including special treasure trunk full of snacks and toys!). Just superb service and environment that you’d expect from a Four Seasons property.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail a few months ago and it was an unforgettable experience. The service was impeccable—from the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The room was elegant and cozy with a beautiful mountain view, and the fireplace added such a warm touch after a day in the snow. The spa is a must-visit luxurious, relaxing, and well-run. I also loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, which were magical under the stars. The in-room dining menu could offer a bit more variety, especially for longer stays, and valet service, while friendly, was occasionally a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, it’s a stunning property with the quality and warmth you expect from Four Seasons. I’d absolutely return—and next time, I might just stay longer.

This is my third time visiting this hotel. Overall, my experience was great! Almost every single interaction with staff was great! Jacqueline in housekeeping specifically went above and beyond and she represented the brand and property well! The ski concierge team were also extremely helpful and made our ski experience as easy as possible. The turndown service was also excellent. The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained. For the sake of providing useful feedback, our arrival experience was horrible. Despite there being several valet and team members standing around, no one greeted us. I proceeded to obtain a bell cart and unload my vehicle while everyone watched. This is not a big deal, but what really bothered me was the fact that once I got my bags to the front desk, I gave my keys to the valet and ask them to valet my car. He proceeded to ask “what are you doing here” as if they did not watch me unload everything from my vehicle onto a bell cart and walk it into the building. I’ve stayed here before but for me, first impressions set the tone of the trip. This was one of the worst arrival experience I have ever had at any property, let alone a Four Seasons. The checkout and departure experience was much better and the valet who assisted us (I think his name is Daniel) was great. Aside from the arrival experience (which was much better handled by the front desk team) there are a few other things to note. 1. During our stay, Remedy did not serve breakfast despite in-room advertising indicating they were open from 7-11 (I think) for breakfast. Not a big deal, but it should not be advertised as opened for breakfast 2. There were mixed communications on pool hours. I was originally told the pool closed at 10. This is not the case as a team member politely informed us that the pool closes at 9pm. Again, not a big deal, but an opportunity for improvement. All this being said, I believe this property to be one of the best ski town hotels I’ve ever visited and each time I return, I experience better and better service.

It was an absolutely magical place for us our honeymoon. the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room with a mountain view for free. We would absolutely return in the future!
