Garage space for 1 car only. One dog only (must be registered with HOA prior to stay and pet fee paid on reservation or reservation will be terminated) is welcome to tag along too! Access to outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at the Sebastian plus indoor hot tub and sauna at the building. You can not beat the location, charm and value of this condo! AC in living area only, available all summer and fall.
