Масса плюсов: отличное месторасположение гестхауса (многие исторические достопримечательности в шаговой доступности), аэропорт Звартноц - очень близко, удобно добираться, вежливые, внимательные и гостеприимные владельцы, помогут решить любые вопросы, современный интерьер. Цены доступные. Могу рекомендовать этот объект для проживания на 100%. Жил там в январе-феврале 2023.
