We are here for 3 nights, but there is not much here to enjoy, and the beaches are far from the hotel. The rooms are very small and the bathroom has low space. Some rooms have a balcony but do not have a good view from there. The bar service is not good and does not have enough space and seating in the area. The bartender is very rude, and his service is not good for this palace. Breakfast is fine, but there are a lot of issues with the order.

Ramatan Resort is a gem in Vagator. There is not much to complain about. it's great for families and couples alike!
The structure is well maintained and the ambience is pleasant.
I would recommend this place if you need a good room while roaming around Vagator, Calangute or Candolim.

We visited it a week before...location is quiet and good for family but it is 2.3 Km away from Vagator beach..You need to hire a car or bike for a day to explore goa from here otherwise taxi service is expensive. Resort itself is well managed , neat and clean and have a good restaurant serving south Indian/north Indian breakfast/lunch/dinner but real asset is their service staffs. They will make you feel at home and you can be assured of service with a smile...It has elevators and gensets for uninterrupted power supply so if your team have super senior citizens or toddlers you are covered. A few minor tit-bits for the resort to think about 1) Dental and Shaving Kits are pretty standard for any three star property now ( cost a peanut really) and more or less expected in all types of rooms. 2) Pool is clean but chlorination is extreme which caused some skin burn in minors with us. They probably can consult with some experts to check the right amount. Else all good and we had a memorable stay.

Hotel staff wasnt helpful at all. Even after paying for deluxe room. I got room with no view and no privacy. They didnt have dental kit in hotel which was very disappointing. Reception staff was not helpful at all. They denied to provide cab for transport even when it was mentioned while booking that they do provide transport. Hotel is too far from beach.

Good Experience With the room. Room was very neat and Clean, staff communication was very pleasant and polite. . The in house restaurant staff communication was excellent and familiar.
