Thon Hotel Lofoten

Wow. A lovely hotel in Svolvaer with amazing views. I had two different uperior double rooms on the 9th floor: one looking south over the sea and the next day looking north across the town and mountains. I saw the northern lights from my room and indeed on both nights that I was on the Lofoten Islands. I’ll attach photos for you to compare which view you like best. Do be aware though that if you go on the south side, cruise liners and other ships dock very close by. The breakfast is fantastic.
Lofoten Links Lodges
4.6/54 Reviews
We stayed for two nights in one of the lodges. The room is small but very nice and cozy, the bathroom is spacious and it is very clean. The kitchen and the living room are beautiful, with nice furniture and a breath taking view! You have to share these with the two other rooms of the lodge, but this was pretty pleasant as everybody was very respectful and we got to meet other people. Everything is very clean. All the lodges are ideally placed so they all have a beautiful view. They are also near to a nice hikes in the area. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend staying here when visiting the Lofoten. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.
Fast Hotel Lofoten

Always call Ctrip to confirm the room number and check-in code before departure! I have already told Ctrip that this hotel has no staff, smart check-in! Still don't give it to me! Finally, I had to go to the front desk of the hotel to call and ask! Then the front desk of the hotel said that the password had actually been sent to me early in the morning! But Ctrip only gave a string of numbers! Said that you can get the room number and password on the machine! What a waste of my time and phone bills!
Henningsvær Rorbuer
4.1/515 Reviews
The typical Rorbuer had the red color and the position on the water in a charming village like Henningsvaer. Perhaps too much house as a fisherman ... we stayed in one of the small (for two people) and in fact the site was very well viewed photos of those a little bigger and comfortable. The 24 would say very spartan (we came in thinking we were in a old roulette). No kitchen equipment (a pad and a pentlin), there were no washing machines (as in the other robbuer we had booked in our tour at Lofoten ... even though the price of the stay was higher than previously). No place to support the bag except the sofa ...A separate mention goes to the bathroom: small washing thighs (and not high), shower with tent and plastic rubber (like in a wheelchair), very few hand towels. I would have called it camping for the right reason.
Nyvågar Rorbuhotell - by Classic Norway Hotels
4.5/530 Reviews
The hotel's location and view is great but I don't like the staff's indifference and no help, but if you stay in this hotel, the issues you need to be ready are: no cleaning in cabins every day no hand towel changes, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no cleaning, no If you say we eat at the hotel, it always knows to be because the hotel can forget its guests when you get a reservation outside, I recommend you to enter the hotel after eating your dinner outside, the weekends are given a breakfast basket and you were in your room You're preparing this and I don't like it, I want to pay for it if I come to holiday and pay a fee. So I have to cut off from the hotel stars. I hope the hotel administration will take into account this assessment.
Svinøya Rorbuer
4.4/542 Reviews
Fantastic Rorbuer. We booked a real house with 2 rooms and all facilities. As it is in the other side of the bridge, market is a 20 minutes walk so is better take your food with you as there is only the Rorbuer restaurant that cost an average of Euro 40 a dish. You can walk on the island for a while to go to the statue Fiskerkona que protege os pescadores e fica na ponta da ilha. The buildings are pretty and the nature from there superb. You have to walk to the port in central city as there is no public bus there so if you can is better to have a car. The reception close at 16:00 in winter but you can pick up your house or cabin keys in the mail box at the entrance. Staff is helpful and kind. Great place to stay a couple of days.
