Es funktioniert nichts, es hat nichts und es ist lauter als im Gorfion obwohl Gorfion ein Familienhotel ist. Die Arbeiter können meistens fast kein Deutsch. Skischuhheizungen haben nicht funktioniert. Trotz mehrerem Nachfragen nicht repariert.

This hotel is a pure heaven on earth. Never saw staff smiling so much and making you feel so much welcome! I love everything about this hotel. The room, the wellness and spa area, the furniture, it's big and spacious. We were half-board and had dinner served at the table, food was extraordinary! So delicately dressed on the plate! Breakfast has everything you need for sweet or salty palates. Even if kids were playing around and running, the dining room must have a very good soundproof system because it didn't bother us at all.

Tolles sehr familienfreundliches Hotel mit super nettem Empfang, sehr schöne große Zimmer, Hund war auch kein Problem. Direkt an der Skipiste und Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Da wir einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei hatten wurde uns ein extra großes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Top!

Cannot praise this hotel enough. Staff went out of the way to be helpful and friendly. We had so many cases they couldn’t fit them into one car so they organised two cards. We felt like the President. Breakfasts are buffet and beautiful, Rooms clean and comfortable. And the location offers magnificent views from every window. This hotel strives to be a family orientated hotel and succeeds.

Wir waren für eine Nach im Hotel. Wir bekamen vom meist freundlichen Personal sehr gutes Essen serviert und genossen ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Aufgrund der Nebensaison und während der Woche waren sehr wenig Gäste im Hotel. Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Abbiamo trovato questo hotel per caso. Abbiamo soggiornato con i cani e ci siamo trovati molto bene, carini i cartellini per la camera così da aiutare il personale per sapere se il cane è presente oppure è fuori camera. Letti comodi con tanti cuscini e bagno anche carino. La posizione è ottimale in quanto si accede direttamente alle piste e alla biglietteria. Scalata di ghiaccio accanto alla biglietteria che si può provare, noleggino tutto il vestiario. Il costo delle giornaliere è consultabile online e non sono care. Ci sono tre sale per lasciare gli sci e scarponi con l’asciugatore, molto comodo. Ci sono anche delle slitte a disposizione degli ospiti. Parcheggio comodo direttamente davanti all’entrata dell’hotel. Personale gentile e l’unica nota è che non ci si capiva molto tra inglese, tedesco e francese. Ci siamo rivolti a qualcuno del personale che era più afferrato con le lingue. La colazione si presenta molto bene con tanta scelta. Anche per intolleranze varie. La cena servita con antipasto della cucina, buffet insalate e formaggi, scelta tra tre portate principali e poi buffet dessert (torta e gelati + pancake adorati fatti sul momento da una macchinetta!) Molte famiglie con bambini viste le varie aree giochi. Noi eravamo tutti adulti ma ad avere dei figli lo sceglierei sicuramente! L’area wellness purtroppo non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di provarla. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Das Essen ist tadellos und das Hotel bietet viel Abwechslung für Kinder. Leider hatten wir ein Familienzimmer, dass über einen unerträglichen Gestank aus den Abflüssen im Bad verfügte. Abhilfe wurde leider nicht geleistet. Das Zimmer ist so eigtl nicht zu vermieten. Sonst alles prima.
