I stayed with my family and had a terrible experience. The google reviews of the hotel seems to be a paid exercise so not go by it. 1. Rooms are micro-sized and congested. Navigation inside the room is very difficult. We had to move out the room chairs to make space. 2. Bathroom door cannot be locked due to damaged doors. 3. Toilet commode is so low in all rooms that one finds it excruciatingly difficult to sit and GET UP. Bad design for old aged ppl. Though the commode happens to be fine in common area lobby near the reception. 4. Room furnitures are in desperate need of maintenance.

Worst experience ever door was not closed properly,staff is rude, there is no water in wash basin, Air condition are not working properly overall not a good experience.

There are a few things tvey can improve on like providing electric kettle in rooms, there was not one in my room and i couldn’t figure what to do with the tea and coffee pouches they gave without kettle

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but today, for the first time, I am leaving a review. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is also very good. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

One of the most pathetic hotel i ever stayed at. Lost of mosquito inside the room and bedsheet was torn off. Towel was not available inside the bathroom and same was arranged next day morning 9:30am. Breakfast was too bad to eat, it was served inside the room. Only one option was upama and it was too cold to eat, without any taste. Not having any image, but the hotel was ok. Stay was comfortable, needs to work on hygiene. Very less people to support at the time of breakfast. Breakfast used to get over and staff was not available to arrange it as well
