Hotel is ok but some services are not so good like minibar. One room minibar is not working and same room cattle was filled with milk and it was rotten. Then room service was not available. Other then that average

It was a pleasant stay at hotel casa, the location is a good lively location i would say. The amenities are a little lacking the tv is not working. All though i would say a good place to stay.

Hotel rooms are not according to the photos. Toilets are in filthy state and reception staff is not at all concerned about the guest. The smell of gutter is constant in the room and even after requesting them to clean the room they paid no heed to it. In short the stay was not worth the price and rating.

Found this hotel on mmt, had good reviews. I found it expensive as per the standards, washroom was not very clean and hygienic, toilet seat had some stains, no hot water on the shower, kettle was there but core was missing, no ironing facility or iron available & no food/restaurant. I don't know how they justify the price they are charging.
