The location is not the best. Not the most accessible to the main center.
Rooms are more or less clean, sheets could have stains which you can get changed.
The washroom doesn’t have proper ventilation. The pot has hard yellow stains, the shower area is not well maintained and the blinds for the washroom glass may not work. Only thing good were the towel quality.
You could stay at a better property, book only if everything else is expensive.

Great restaurant, smooth check in and check out.. no concierge service..hot water pressure inadequate but all in all great place.. road works outside does not help.

Location is so good and food is so delicious. Banquet staff was very helpful. Service was excellent.sevice by Chiranjit and rohit. Thanks to them they are so nice and very sweet people. I am here to business meeting..very nice experience it's a nice hotel in this area of gujrat . Thank you everyone.

Excellent service by Srikrishna, Rakesh, Antra, Aparna, Pusti. Always welcoming and served wearing a smile on their faces. Kudos to the team. Over all it was really great experience and food quality was outstanding. Must improve on the speed of cooking as the restaurant was not busy yet we felt the food being cooked was a bit slow or maybe they had some other reasons.

Hai, I am very much pleased to stay in Hotel Fern Vadodara for a week. During my stay I found myself safe, enjoyable and all amenities are good. Staff in reception as well as the cleaning staff and also room assistance was very fantastic. Water providence and if anything we kept unknowingly it was arranged in a correct way and kept neat. Very good experience and i didn't have a feel that I stayed alone. Mr. Subham very good at reception, overall all staffs are good. Mostly the staffs present in restaurant during 6th to 11th May are very good. I would like to thank all for the kind welcome gesture. Overall Mindblowing experience

2nd time visited the gesto restaurant food was excellent and one of the name Shree krishna and Rakesh they served us good food which we modified it .It was excellent experience eager to come back Ac cooling was also great Drinks were also good

The service, food, people everything is very nice. Ambience is quiet and everything is great. We will visit again. Thank you for the service. Love it. Prices are ok. Kavita was our server and she looked into our needs perfectly. We will visit again
