We are satisfied with the services on reception and restaurant by Ramesh,Amit and Bhavna.Hitel location is also nice and all the services facility is excellent.Restaurant staff are very courteous and humble,and they serve from the heart. Thanks for excellent and nice service. Hope to come again

Great place, very nice staff, great support from Prachi! ✨️ Comfortable rooms with timely service Cool casual hangout area near the reception Non intrusive and supportive behaviour of staff Food was okay They had construction ongoing inside the building as well as nearby so keep a lookout for the location

The hotel staff was so good and co-operative. The food was so delicious. The room was quite neat and clean as well as the bed was so comfortable. The washroom was very neat and clean. Receptionist Prachi Ma’m was very co-operative as well as Badrinath sir was arranging the food . Also lunch and dinner taste very delicious .

We just love the food, but facility is not that good I mean washroom flush system is very poor Just because of that we changed our room three times in a day. Restaurant staff is very cooperative all of them are gentlemen. Pramod ganesh kaka and Badrinarayan all are very helpful

Restaurant is fantastic and the food here is super delicious… Well behaved and mannered staff… Overall i would definitely tell that the restaurant here is fabulous… Staff i.e Badrinarayan, pramod, bharat, ramesh kaka, lopa all are very much helpful and ready at your service whenever you call them…
