The hotel rooms were average ok to book for short stay. Room service were not upto the mark, but still overall it was somehow manageable

Location is closed to station on arrival they refused to room telling on line booking not accepted after request they gave a room tv not working poor ventilation. Lift not working not good for business travelers. Poor hotel management

The room was perfectly good and the staff is excellent working at the property. The hotel should have their own kitchen as well.

We were denied even entry despite having confirmed booking. Very unprofessional management. They have probably sold our rooms to someone else at a higher price

Renovation work was going on in hotel building & it was continued in afternoon which made stay highly discomfortable.
