Das erste Zimmer was wir beziehen hätten sollen hat nach Schimmel gerochen und man hat auch überall Schimmel gesehen.
Wir gingen zur Rezeption und hatten dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen,jedoch der Geruch war genauso da. Wir haben die Tage nur die Fenster offen gehabt!
Essen war dafür super!

The hotel has very good potential. Nice location, nice reception, Lpbby, bar, large dining room with a very good offer, pools and sun loungers top, good playground, nice Kids club, playgrounds for children, very good place for evening entertainment (party is boring). But, the hotel is AI, sun loungers on the beach are paid, the minibar in the room is empty (there is not even water in the room). The room is very bad for 4 stars - 2+2 suite Casa Agava. Small, stuffy smell, like apartments 40 years ago. The exterior of the building is also terrible. If the room was better, we would come back, but definitely not

My wife and I stayed here as part of a coach party all inclusive great place plenty to do great pools pebbles for a beach plenty of jellyfish in the sea at the time we stayed food was good only complaint could benefit from a microwave as food warm but cooked,could imagine that the restaurant would get very busy in the high season (we stayed last week of September) last week of the hotel season before closing for the winter Over all a pleasant stay we recommend

Overall not a bad place and was in a beautiful setting and the room was nice and staff nice. We did not really research this holiday and would not go back mainly as our criteria for holidaying has changed. The Swimming pool was nice BUT there was a big sign up saying quiet area, no way this was happening with 95%+ of the guests being families with kids. The food was average and did not change much but we understand they are catering for a lot of guests. At certain meal times it was carnage the restaurant could no way handle the number of guests eating. Lastly beware as soon as you leave the resort and head down to the beach waterfront area which is really nice you will be stung for €20+ a day for sun beds and umbrellas.

We didn't research our holiday very well, so we didn't know much before we arrived. The resort is a two hour coach ride from the airport ( WithTUI) Hotel in itself was very clean, very polite and helpful staff, Food in the restaurant was consumable but not nice. Lots of children and people were also taking their dogs intotherestaurant!! The resort is on the end of a peninsula, some beautiful walks, Rocky , pebble beach, one sandy beach ( man made) which was chargeable .The swimming pools are lovely, as are the surroundings and views. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We did find it very noisy and busy , Too far away from anything else for exploring the local area. A boat trip to Navigrad was great, beautiful place.

Family of 7 stayed here for a week very nice. however how can you join a queue for hot food when it’s a huge circle with guests not letting you in? Where ever you sit it’s a constant smell of people smoking or vaping out by pool and in the bar area inside. It needs to have a non smoking area outside. Dogs inside of hotel, also in the restaurant at meal times. Barking away most evenings. Staff work very hard and are very pleasant.
