How can I put it? I came here with high expectations, but the experience turned out to be bad.
1. The check-in lady took us directly to the room, but the Europeans who checked us in introduced the whole hotel.
2. She said she would add me on WeChat or WhatsApp to send us dining information and other precautions, but she didn't add us until the afternoon, so I went to the front desk to add another lady.
3. There was no hot water, and they came to fix it later but it didn't work. I had already washed my head with cold water before they fixed it.

Other reviews are fair. Basically, the room facilities are very farmhouse (feeling like a B&B in Europe for hundreds of dollars), and the public areas are pretty good (but not good enough to make a separate trip).
