The scenery is beautiful, but the journey to the hotel is really tiring. Once you enter the hotel, you can't leave before checking out, otherwise you will be exhausted. You need to climb up and down everywhere to walk around the hotel, so you passively do aerobic exercise all day. The consumption is not low, four cocktails and a bag of nuts cost 1,000 RMB. Breakfast is pure white rice, and there are not many dishes to choose from on the menu. If you come, it is recommended to bring instant noodles, otherwise the Chinese stomach will feel very tortured. The housekeeper at the hotel front desk sent a message that was read but not replied. It is obvious that he cares more about white people. When we ordered tea for breakfast, the waiter said it was out, and then he served tea to white people. It was a bit speechless.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room I was given was not the one I had booked or was promised. Despite confirming my reservation in advance, I was placed in a completely different room and not at all what I expected and payed for. When I raised the issue with the staff, the service was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they offered excuses and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. There was absolutely no effort to make up for the mistake or provide any compensation. The quality of the food was mediocre especially given the prices. For the price and the reputation of this hotel, the overall service and treatment, food quality were far below standard. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
