Amazing hotel with perfect service. Neat and clean. Safe (cctv cameras everywhere). The hotel owner (ibrahim) is very helpful and supportive. The staff are decent and friendly. Special thanks to Mustafa. They helped and guided me in everything starting from tourism locations I should visit to moeny exchange locations. They really care about their business and customers. Hotel Location is nice. At the middle of the mountain with great view on the lake.

The crew is impolite and dishonest.... The room is very dirty full of all kind of Insects crawling and flying .... No hot water and The roads are very bumpy and dangerous ....I strongly advise any customer to see the room before paying the money
