I’m from California, USA and visited this Hotel in May, 2022. Great customer service. Amazing, clean and tidy Hotel at great rate. Their breakfast alone worths a lot of money. Their manager, Ismael speaks English, which is hard to encounter in Turkey. I will book again here. I forgot my Jacket in our room, they returned it to me through mail all the way to Istanbul, I cannot thank them enough for that.

We stayed in this hotel for less than 20 hours. I think the location of the hotel was very suitable, and although the distance from the hotel to Uzungol lake was about one kilometer, we could reach the lake within 15 minutes on foot. The hotel was clean. Check-in and check-out were done very quickly and respectfully. The reception staff was very good. The breakfast of the hotel was proportionate to the level of the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel was very beautiful and memorable, the green hills covered with fog created very beautiful views. I was very satisfied with the hotel and its location, and I will definitely return to this hotel and stay for several nights.

The staff were wonderful. The place is super clean and the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this place. It was also very helpful to have staff who speak Arabic. It made communication much simpler.

The best thing about this property is extreme cleanness according to the level of facilities in Uzungol I think is one of the best to stay in but the value of money still very helpful high where it's not comparable with the level of other places in Turkey.

My room was so small I barely can walk around .. the staff were so friendly - furniture is average - balcony is disappointing
