駅近く（というか直結）、港までも歩いて10分程度、宇和島城も登城口まで15分程度ですごく便利でした。

部屋も広く清潔で、少し水圧は弱いですが快適なバスルームでした。ウェルカムドリンクやお水のサービス、アメニティも充実してました。また宇和島に行く機会には利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

駅が近く広々しています。アメニティもよく、柚子湯のゆずがありました。ただ、受付の方が市内のお寺の場所を把握していなかったのは残念です
ホテルとは関係ありませんが、キャンセル可能としながら、いちぶキャンセルができないならば、その旨どこかにきちんと示してほしい。時間の無駄遣いです

酒店地理位置非常方便，就在jr站的上方。房間設施屬於集團一貫的標準。
必須要説的是，酒店前台的工作人員非常友善且樂於助人。我入住前不慎將包落在了巴士上，他們幫我協調巴士公司，並且跟進後續，讓我第二天一早就拿到了丟失的物品。非常感謝當時的工作人員。

這個酒店在宇和𡷊駅旁邊，停車場是公共停車場，酒店有折扣優惠，停車很方便。
酒店旁邊步行3分鐘有個大型的超市，不遠處也有商店街， 小鎮人不多，除了超市之外都顯得有點冷清！
酒店送了迎賓飲品券，可以在餐廳換取飲品。
