Ortalama üstü, memnun kaldık.
Yemeklerdeki mezeler harikaydı. Personel güler yüzlü, çözüm ve hizmet odaklı. Memnun kaldık.
Hamam sauna havuz standartdı. En önemlisi ortam temizdi. Ulaşım kolaydı.

it was overall amazing, very nice staff specially Mr. Emrollah, spa and reciption ladies.
my only concern is about the sink design in showers, it is not good enough to avoid leaming water to the whole rest room.

Not suggested at all İt was one of most expensive hotels of yalova but organization was not satisfactory. It was not clean , Services and staffs , not acceptable. We booked a villa at first and it was in 2nd floor without elevator, we changed room because of that and they don’t accepted to pay back overcharged amount. Foods was not good at all. Its a place with some pools that you should solve everything your self.

2 yıldır tiryakisi olduğum otel. Geçen yıl Nisan ayında önce üç lise arkadaşımla gittim. Buraya mutlaka eşimle de gelmem gerekir dedim. Hemen takip eden hafta içi iki gün eşimle geldim. Eşim de çok memnun kaldı ve takip eden haftada 2 gün daha geldik. Bu yıl ise üç gün geldik. Keşke ekonomi iyi olsa da bir hafta kalabilsek. Otelin konumu harika. Orman ve göle tepeden bakıyor. Hele restorantın bulunduğu 5.kat manzarası müthiş. Kuş sesleri hiç bitmiyor. Ben hep Ramazanda gittiğim için haliyle yemekler ve personel biraz az oluyor. Ama yemekler lezzetli ve çeşit bana göre yeterli. Yeşillikler çok taze. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Otelin fiziki yapısı da güzel. Spa bölümü en alt katta ama kot farkından dolayı dışarıyı görüyor. Bu da güneşli ve aydınlık bir ortam sağlıyor. Bazı otellerin alt katı gibi iç karartıcı değil. Karma havuz olması çok iyi. Eşinle birlikte havuz ve dinlenme alanında birlikte olmak bir ayrıcalık. Türk hamamı, sauna harika. Böyle bir otelde tatil yapmak, herkese nasip olsun diliyorum.

Öncelikle yakın ilgisiyle tatil rezervasyonumuzun yapılmasından çıkış işlemlerimize kadar ilgiyle ve nezaketle yaklaşan Öznur hanım başta olmak üzere tüm Thermalium ailesine teşekkürler.. Odaların genişliği ve temizliği balkon manzarası daha doğrusu otelin genel konumu nedeniyle manzarası bir harika.. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri 5.katta olduğu için özellikle kahvaltıda muhteşem bir manzara size eşlik ediyor ♥️ kahvaltı ve yemekte çeşitlilik yeterli lezzeti güzel ve en önemlisi malzeme kalitesi güzeldi. Eşiminde benimde midelerimiz hassas olmasına rağmen asla rahatsız olmadık. Termal havuzlar ve spa bölümü güzeldi. Büyük termal havuzunda kadınlar bölümündeki havuz gibi bi küçük tadilattan geçmesi gerekiyor bence. Personel güleryüzlü ilgiliydi. Küçücük bir problemde bile inanılmaz bir personel ilgisi mevcuttu. Tam bir aile oteli. Konumu, otelin fiziki hali, personeli yemekleri herşey çok güzeldi. İki gece kaldığımız otelden çok dinlenmiş ve mutlu ayrıldık. Tekrar Yalova’ ya geldiğimizde tek tercihimiz olacak

Arkadaşlarımla beraber gittiğimiz manzarası en güzel otellerden biriydi. Tüm çalışanlara güler yüzlü hizmetleri için teşekkür ederiz. Yemekler ve spa harikaydı.
