Outside is in desperate need of TLC. Inside the reception, lounge restaurant area-I’m at a loss-OMG so random-poorly painted murals that drag the neglected feel of the hotel down even further! Our room was ok-maybe recently refurbished, but we were rudely awoken at 4am in the morning by a female shouting profanities at a fellow guest-dreadful behaviour! As we departed I could see the look of bewilderment on new arrivals faces! We shall never return!

Service poor, seems a halfway house for convicts - multiple within the hotel wearing ankle tags (the prison kind) Lots of shouting, hotel in a poor state ! Avoid

The hotel is sadly very much in need of some major maintenance. The room was reasonably clean, with clean towels and bedding. We ordered breakfast, however after having to find someone by knocking on the kitchen door to 1) ask for some bacon and eggs as all had gone and 2) taking the bread back as it was extremely mouldy. The man in the kitchen was not happy about this. At this point we gave up on the breakfast. We were supposed to get transport to the airport but this didn't happen. We had already paid for this. When we complained the man behind reception said we would get a refund but as it was a Sunday we would have to wait till Monday. Two weeks later we are still waiting.

This very isolated hotel's only attraction for us was it's airport proximity. Alas there was no shuttle to the hotel on a rainy Saturday afternoon, but there was at 4:30 am on a Sunday when it mattered. Full of travellers there for same reason so very peaceful.
