Great stay and great food, pleasing staff, gave us an early check in on request and also provided transport to airport

The hotel service was great and had delicious food and also the staff service at the hotel was good and also as it was newly built the hotel had an amazing style of architecture and the rooms were also good and spacious and also the service of the hotel was good

The room’s lights were directly wired and could not be turned off with any switch. Around 2 am, a technician came and disconnected the lights. The room’s ac was not working, and despite several calls, no solution was provided. No extra fan or any other arrangement was made for comfort. The room became almost like a gas chamber. Even after multiple calls, when no action was taken, i tried calling the kitchen. Eventually, the reception stopped answering the calls altogether, and i was forced to sleep on the sofa in the reception area. This was the worst experience of my life with hotel

Ac was not working. Maintenance of washroom and quality of food was not good. Sorry didn't took the images.

Excellent staff team - amazing lead manager and housekeeping staff. Service is excellent - I visit once a week and will not stay anywhere else Good rooms - and no complaine ever in the last 14 nights spent.special thanks to Housekeeping Manager Mr- Naveen & Gambhir

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.

The place is highly congested. No accurate space for parking. Staff is not supportive. Food is below average. The front desk was not supportive while checking in. Bad experience
