The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Our stay was pretty great. Their service was excellent and prompt. We booked two rooms by mistake and they gave us a suite in return and accommodated our request. As we had to leave for early morning trek they were kind enough to give us good packed breakfast. Overall we totally recommend this place to stay.

Location is good but rooms s are not maintained as per the brand name and cost. Food was also average. Service was good.
