Very nice hotel with good service

In a place like Varanasi, this hotel stands out as a landmark providing all basic requirements and enveloped with kind hospitality. Although, it a new hotel , it is constantly trying to accommodate needs of its guests and in a cordial manner. As far as food is concerned, it has lot to improve taking minute details, authenticity, optics and ofcourse taste.Right now it is close to famous street food of Varanasi. Looks like chef imposes his individual taste in all the recipes. Nothing wrong in it but it he must understand, he should cater as per the international standards. Every recipe needs improvement except “ kichidi” which was original. FO manager is a dashing guy but bit subdued. Ops manger is full of life and outgoing. He was kind enough to give us 4 hours extension. Divo restaurant is just gorgeous. On sweet & sour note, we enjoyed our stay. Dr. Kailash was just out of this world. Very caring. We’ll meet again….

Jenifa’s warm hospitality made our stay feel special, and the breakfast selection was fantastic — fresh, varied, and delicious! The pool was also a highlight, well-maintained and refreshing. DoubleTree Varanasi is definitely a great choice for a relaxing getaway!

First of all, the hotel is far below hilt-on chain quality. we were not provided any bathroom kits like comb, brushes etc. Upon calling the service staff the toothbrush quality was so degraded. On the festival days also, the hotel was not decorated and no arrangment for guests also. No lights in swimming pool change room, no floaties for kids or adults, too costly for the type of amenities provided. Also far from tourist place

Slow service, room has many misses when we checked in. We need to call staff for small small things, like no shower gel for a day, wash basins were blocked, etc

Stayed at Double Tree for 7 nights . Had awesome stay there right from the arrival to departure everything was top notch. Arrival mate with traditional welcome and room was spacious and comfortable. Food at restaurant was awesome and room cleaning was also good. Met gentlemen in lobby upon arrival Mr. Atul who ensure that everything will be there as per our requirement. I used to stay at Taj Varanasi but this time I didn't got booking there hence I came to Hilton and felt the hospitality with was absolutely amazing. Thank you Mr. Atul and Double Tree for such amazing hospitality

We travelled as a group of seventeen including elderly people. From the day we booked at the Hilton, the service was impeccable. What stood out was that this level of exceptional service was seen across departments from the front office to the concierge/travel desk to restaurant and housekeeping. I specifically want to mention Mr. Atul (Manager) who provided us with exceptional service. He went out of his way to accommodate our request for early check-in. We do not believe that we would have been able to explore and enjoy Varanasi the way we did without Travel desk help & support. Also wanted to thanks to the entire Hilton team for providing us with great service. Overall, a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.
