Since we were taking a late flight to Delhi, we were a little worried that the late-night check-in procedure would be slow. The hotel emailed us in advance to ask about the arrival time and prepare for it. The check-in efficiency was excellent. Every service staff member I met in the hotel was proactive, enthusiastic and polite, and their smiles and greetings were impressive. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and 8 bottles of water were replenished every day, eliminating the trouble of drinking water and brushing teeth. The Wifi was fast, and the security check in and out of the hotel was also very strict. I felt very at ease after checking in. The breakfast was very delicious and exquisite, with diverse and rich food from various countries. The chefs were busy on site, caring about the guests' food satisfaction, so everything was really delicious. Highly recommended, ideal accommodation!

Hotel was perfect for it.
Food was great and very fresh, very good service , and amazing massage at spa center. Just the quality of hygiene should be improved, I found a hair in bathtub after arrival. But overall great experience

The room was nice, but a little old. Laundry was expensive, and there was nowhere to hang the clothes after washing them.
This star-rated hotel should have self-service laundry, but they didn't upgrade.
