When i reached hotel, they said they didn't got the voucher from mmt. Customer care took approx 15 min to resolve the issue and then 30 min by hotel staff. After driving of 9 hr for me this is not acceptable. Anyway. Room wqs provided, i booked the best category room thinking that service should be good there. When checked in at around 8 pm at that time only i asked them to provide chicken fried rice. After following up more than 5 times they provided my diiner at 1015 pm. Now. Spoon was not provided. I had my dinner with serving spoon. Morning 9. 30 i got reminder from front desk about the check out time that it's 10 am. I told him that i will ch k out by 1030. On 1002 i got call to check out, when i said that i asked for 1030 the reply was make it quick. What the hell is this. Now. For my driver they provided him accommodation at lab-our room fullnof smoke. After complaint shifted him to another place. At check out they charged 500 for his stay and for the same no bill was provided. Over priced.
