This time I went to eat French food with my family. I booked the day before and ”Omaki lunch” The full course is slowly carrying delicious food. The main meat is selected from beef, pork, bird grill and sheep lamp. Also, desserts are cart-cart and can be selected as much as you like. It is recommended for those who want to spend with family and couples.

For a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.

We used this ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (see photo attachment with 21m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160 cm). This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The facilities are Daiwa Roynet Hotel standard. It is quiet and comfortable in a spacious room. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops. It may be a little troublesome to have to go around the construction area when trying to get out of the bustling west exit.

The hotel is not very new, but it is cleaned very clean, there is free coffee downstairs The room is very large, not as big as it has been in Japan. The service is in place: 1. I went to send my luggage first that morning. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the luggage was all sent to the room. 2. I didn't find the elevator when I went, there was an escalator, but down, the hotel staff immediately helped us change the escalator to the upper mode. 3. Unfortunately, I met a group of Japanese high school students who traveled. At 11 pm, I continued to scream in the room. Although it was the next room, the sound was terrible. After reacting downstairs with the staff on duty at night, he immediately went upstairs to deal with it. Unlike some hotels, I am not afraid to offend the guests. The only drawback is that although there are many washing machines, the high school students who travel are occupied, either washed or not put money in the washing machine, I hope that there are countermeasures to deal with this situation.

The hotel is relatively new, the location is very close to the JR station, and the facilities are very comfortable. I am very satisfied. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped me a lot. Thank you for their help.

Nice hotel in this location. Room is little more spacious than few other hotels in the same location. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed gives an excellent sleep. Breakfast option is good in the restaurant located within the hotel premises. Located within 5 mins walk from Utsunomiya station and to nearby eateries and restaurants.

I stayed overnight with my wife. This was my second stay. The staff were still polite. The room was clean but cheap, so the bed was very small and it was cramped to sleep with two people. We recommend choosing a room with a large bed. There are many restaurants and bars around, so it was convenient for eating and drinking. The parking lot is in the hotel, but it was full, so I parked in the hotel's affiliated parking lot about 4 minutes on foot. It was raining lightly, so I felt a little inconvenient.

Golden Week Chunichi. Use for one night at the relay point of the trip. Originally, I booked two rooms for four people. One family member couldn't come in a hurry and stayed in two rooms for three people. The front desk and other staff are very nice and the rooms are all new. Above all, the quality of the morning buffet is very high. All Japanese and Western are very delicious. Personally, I liked the grilled cherry blossoms. The coffee was also delicious without any miscellaneous taste in the taste of beans. The service of the staff was also very pleasant and I liked it. I didn't expect so much from the price, but the child was very happy and satisfied.
