It was a kind customer service. The lighting in the room is bright around the bed and dark around the desk. It was comfortable on the bed to work on the PC. There is also wifi. The convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is close, but it is on the other side of the road to get to Utsunomiya Station. It was raining, so when I asked for a taxi, I called it immediately and it was 500 yen to Utsunomiya station.

It is about 3 minutes walk from Utsunomiya Station. It was close, so I was grateful to come back tired from sightseeing. The room was clean. Some of the wallpaper was light blue and cute. Amenities were minimal but sufficient. I thought the free breakfast was amazing even though it was rich in variety and free. There was also a water confectionery unique to Utsunomiya for one day during my stay. I was relieved not to be with people because I could take it back to my room and eat it. This is the hotel I want to stay again!
