I stayed at the hotel for one night each in November 2021, December 2021, and January 2022, and I liked the plan that was in front of the station and allowed late check-out until 12 o'clock, so I have been using it continuously. The first time I stayed there was in November, but there was already a Christmas tree decoration, and I had a very good impression when I entered the front desk. The next time I stayed there in December, I was upgraded to a larger room and had a very comfortable stay, but the next morning, it was so cold that I inquired at the front desk. They quickly brought an electric heater to my room. It warmed up quickly and I didn't catch a cold, but if I hadn't been upgraded to a larger room, I would have been worried about a fire even with an electric heater. When I stayed in January this year, I was upgraded to a room that was like a suite, which didn't feel like a business hotel. The bathroom was not a unit bath, but the toilet was separate, and there was a sofa. I could see the Shinkansen from the window. It was a wonderful room that I felt very sorry about for the price, but perhaps because it was a room that I didn't use very often in the first place, there were some parts that were not cleaned properly, and I felt like I had been thrown from heaven to hell. I noticed the next morning that the dirt was so bad that it could be harmful to my health, so I felt uncomfortable about continuing to use the room like that. I hurriedly told the front desk and they cleaned it immediately, but I still felt unsatisfied. Unlike luxury hotels that cost tens of thousands of yen per night, this was a reasonable business hotel in front of the station, and they already provided sufficient hospitality, so it made me think again about how much I expect from a hotel. When I checked out, they said, "If you give me the chance to stay with you again, I'd like to make up for it next time." Even if this stay caused me to lose my health and become ill, or was a mental shock, I may have no choice but to accept it as a reasonable business hotel.
