It is said to be directly connected to the station, but I'm not sure if it can be called directly connected, but it is certainly close. Even with a suitcase, I was able to get to the hotel without any problems by using the elevator and escalator. As for cleaning, the basics were basic, so it seemed a little clean. There were some amenities at the front desk, and there were many bath salts, which was nice, but there was no instant coffee in the room or at the front desk, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is superb! There's a few malls around as well as restaurants. Supermarket is located at 1st floor. The hotel provides the lounge area too.

The hotel operated by JR East Railway is very high-end and has a five-star feel. It is very conveniently located above Utsunomiya Station. There is already a supermarket department store in the station, and there are also other shopping malls nearby which are very convenient. The room is very large and full of space.
