It is a smallish hotel behind a snackbar. While clean (an important aspect) it is also very tiny. We paid 225 euros for one night (breakfast not included) for 10m2 (at best). Note: this was a 3 person room. There was only a tiny window for fresh air and the bathroom also was very, very small. So I definitely think this is overpriced.

Beautiful hotel, great attention to detail, excellent customer service. I was particularly impressed with the hot food served at breakfasts. Everyone should definitely stay here. I recommend it to everyone, very nice place. You should definitely go

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at hotel chao. We were a little confused if we were in the right hotel, because there was no actual reception and we were in a diner for check-in. We thought: where have we landed here? But at check-in they informed us that we had received a free upgrade. We got a room with private jacuzzi and sauna, a big double bed and a fancy bathroom! We were totally happy, thanks to the hotel for letting us have such a great time! Deutsch: Mein Freund und ich haben eine Nacht im hotel chao übernachtet. Wir waren etwas verwirrt, ob wir im Hotel richtig waren, denn es gab keine richtige Rezeption und wir befanden uns zum Check-In in einem Imbiss. Wir dachten schon: wo sind wir denn hier gelandet? Aber beim Check-In erfuhren wir dann, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten haben. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit privat Whirlpool und Sauna, ein großes Doppelbett und ein schickes Badezimmer! Wir haben uns total gefreut, danke an das Hotel für die schöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften!
