Felt like apartments with a hotel twist, plenty of privacy. Breakfast is okay, waffles, maple syrup, regular coffee and some yoghurt etc, the basics. The Location was very good for me, close to restaurants, plenty of parking space for large vehicles. The Hotel service was god, very helpful with my Laundry, and getting the room cleaned.

Close to Utica and excellent places to eat. We had a good night's sleep after a long day in the car. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall dates hotel. First room had a lot of ants crawling on the center table by the bed pillows. They changed our room. Second room tub was plugged so water was over your ankles. One of the beds made a loud barrel sound when you sat on the edge or moved on it.

I urge you to go elsewhere. This is a motel-style Best Western that needs A LOT of TLC. We found handprints on the headboard, debris behind the night table and a spider web hanging from the ceiling. The chair in the room was stained. It was impossible to open our curtains as you are on the first floor facing the parking lot so there is no privacy whatsoever. Will never book here again. Not worthy of the amount they charge per night.

This hotel is at the beginning of a renovation 5/22/25 and is in real need of everything being replaced . The breakfast was not well attended by staff and had no hot water ,tea or Orange juice. The doors didn't lock well in either of our two rooms and both bathrooms were gross.

Clean cozy vibes
I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was delicious but the eggs and bagel was my go to 🥰 they had other choices though like cereal and oatmeal ❤️. I had a good stay here the vibes was just right for me I’ll be booking with best western in the future .

Do NOT recommend. My children and I attempted to stay at this Best Western after driving 4 hours at night. We had a reservation and arrived shortly before 10 PM. When we arrived there was no one in the front lobby to check us in. We waited for over 25 min before someone finally showed up. They didn’t even attempt to apologize for us waiting - to be honest, I don’t even know if they knew we were waiting. I used the lobby house phone multiple times to ring the desk. I called the actual hotel phone number too. The person made some comment about others in the hotel but there was no other employee to be found. The person that made the reservation for me was on the phone with corporate who was none too pleased by this situation. While I was waiting I was able to get a reservation at a much nicer hotel across the street. The hotel itself - the lobby was nice enough - it had looked remodeled. But that is about where the nice-ness ends. When I was walking around trying to find someone, I walked down a hallway - rooms on one side, and floor to ceiling windows on the other. The windows/floor clearly has an issue because due to the snow, the hallway carpet was soaking wet. Additionally, the hallway was freezing. I can’t imagine the mold that has to be growing there. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It smelled like someone was smoking ********* and the common areas smelled terrible. Also, there was a buch of kids running around the halls all night with no supervision... making noise until late at night. Nothing was done about it.
