Felt like apartments with a hotel twist, plenty of privacy. Breakfast is okay, waffles, maple syrup, regular coffee and some yoghurt etc, the basics. The Location was very good for me, close to restaurants, plenty of parking space for large vehicles. The Hotel service was god, very helpful with my Laundry, and getting the room cleaned.

This property is in very poor condition and in urgent need of an upgrade. It is on par with an average Motel. Very expensive for what is offered. Room very dark and dingy. Had an odor. Door was jammed and had to be forced open. Everything seemed very old and unloved. Consider staying somewhere else.

We needed a room for the night and this was the only Best Western that would accept our points. It reminded us of a “StaySafe”- BW motel that is actually a welfare motel. We only stayed from 7pm till approximately 9am, the next morning. When we walked into the room, thankfully the room or the beds had an “bed bugs”.

****DO NOT STAY HERE**** 1. At checkin the front desk woman was incredibly rude from the second I walked in. She finally asked me in an accusatory manner if I was sick (I am still masking). Once I assured her I was not, she warmed slightly but not much. 2. My room was in a building off to the side and it wasn’t very well lit. The door to get inside was only working intermittently with the room keys. It wasn’t just mine- the desk lady warned me at checkin that people had been reporting problems and I might have to go around to the back door (which was even more secluded). 3. The room was filthy top to bottom. 4. Around 3:30 am, a man started banging on my door while simultaneously trying to get in with a key. I had to yell through the door twice that he had the wrong room, and he finally moved on. I didn’t sleep any more after that. 5. At checkout, the (different) desk woman was not any better than the previous night. She had to be called in by a maid and I still had to wait several minutes for her to arrive. She never asked how my stay was, and could hardly complete the checkout process due to complaining to a male coworker about how she was so stressed out at having to make breakfast and manage the front desk at the same time. They commiserated that someone should be hired just to do breakfast.

Nice hotel right off of Rt 90. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Great Breakfast, (included)! Staff was friendly and caring. Many good restaurants near by to eat at. On my way to Maine….It’s going to be one of my Regular stops…… Again!!

Check-in was fast and easy. Front desk employees were kind at check-in and check-out. The room was nice and clean, AC worked well. Breakfast had orange and apple juice, milk, coffee, cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. An employee helped us figure out how to use the waffle maker. Overall excellent stay. Would recommend.

Two noisy sports teams kept me awake most of the night carrying on. They were running from room to room, slamming doors, yelling in the hallways; there was even a girl crying in the parking lot at one point. The hotel is run down. The walls and doors are flimsy and thin; you hear everything. No rest at all. My friend moved her room because the sheets were dirty in the first room. Staff honestly tried to help; these things were not problems that they could fix.

friendly staff, clean rooms, closed to restaurants and stores. Walking distance to downtown Utica, We had a great stay and clean facilities. We totally recommend it to all our friends and family. Friendly environment to stay everyone is nice.
