I have stayed in this hotel a dozen times over the past two months while looking for a new place to live. Normally everything is fine. There have been bathrooms that aren't clean, stained and not enough towels, ripped sheets. I let the head cleaning person know and she always takes care of it. Yesterday I stayed in room 212. The door looked like a bunch of holes had been patched, but not sanded or painted. The desk had a bunch of clear glue on it. I just ignored that. The bathroom walls had long brown hairs on it I asked them to clean it. The first night I slept on the bed and everything was fine. The second night I laid on the bed and I started itching. I looked on my upper thigh and there was a cluster of bites. I took a picture and showed the front desk person. He said that he needed proof that there was a problem. I pulled away the sheets looking for bed bugs. The mattress was disgusting! Stains were all over it. I showed it to the front desk person and asked for the manager. He said there wasn't any manager here. I asked for another room and was given one after I got very angry and he took care of multiple other customers. He was being very slow. It was 1:30am and I said that I really want to go to sleep. He called me selfish and asked if I had any children??? He wasted more time and finally I got to my new room. I sent an email with the pictures and got no response or offer of a refund. As I was waiting for my new room there was an angry man that was checking out early. That day was a horrible experience and I don't plan on going back there. Twelve hours later and I am still itchy.

The room needed more attention cleaning and replacing items used. The bathroom door was dirty on the inside. Shower curtain rod needed to be tightened. And the coffee creamers needed to be replaced also. Just small odd and ends things. Plus the floor needs shampooing cause there’s a sticky substance on the floor by the bed

Everything is spot on cozy. Bed is cozy. Pool is small but worth the money. Staff is super friendly ex specially the morning breakfast lady. The night manager. Everyone understands their job for once. Very accommodating. Quiet and right off the main drag.

I had some surgery close by and had follow up next morning. Hotel was kind to work with my release times so I could get in early and stay until next appointment Room nice and clean Breakfast great Even by express way pretty quite Room was nice and roomy

I didn’t like that I had to call 3 times before someone came up to see why the television wouldn’t stay on or the fact that breakfast was meatless.

Not the place for you if you're a clean fanatic. The carpet needed to be properly cleaned, it was sticky & stained. The duvet was torn in several places. The parking lot was trashed all weekend. Sadly, thr hot tub was removed during a recent renovation.
