Świetny hotel na spokojny wypoczynek. Pięknie położony z bezpłatnym parkingiem. Wszędzie bardzo czysto.Mila obsługa.Pokoje duże może nie najnowsze ale czystość to rekompensuje. Dobrze wyposażone. Szlafroki, papucie,kosmetyki mini bar pełny nawet jest waga która napewno się przyda bo jedzenie wyborne niczego nie brakuje a jedzenie w restauracji to czysta przyjemność piekna aranżacja i widoki .Strefa basenowa super. Na zewnątrz jacuzzi, leżaki idealne miejsce na odpoczynek .Hotel godny polecenia napewno wrócimy

Hotel położony wśród drzew na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem na Beskidy. Pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Śniadanie urozmaicone. Wszystko świeże. Hotel godny polecenia. Droga dojazdowa w naprawie. Bezpłatny parking w czasie mojego pobytu.

Very nice hotel with a very polite staff. Located on the hill in the forest with a great panorama view. Big breakfast and dinner buffets. Zoo-park - attraction for the whole family situated just nearby.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu 3 dni, w połowie stycznia 2023, rodzina z jednym dwuletnim dzieckiem i psem. Pobyt w hotelu uważam za bardzo udany. Począwszy od tego, że hotel akceptuje psy, nawet przygotowuje miski i przekąski; poprzez wszelakie udogodnienia dla dzieci - przebieraki w łazienkach w holu, na basenie, pokój zabaw, program rozrywek dla dzieci w czasie ferii (zumba, seanse filmowe z popcornem, animacje), brodzik na basenie, krzesełka w restauracji; po ogólny porządek i czystość, dobre jedzenie w restauracji, długie godziny otwarcia basenu. Duży, nowy (odnowiony) pokój, dostarczono nam łóżeczko dla dziecka, ale łóżko było tak szerokie, że bez problemu pomieściliśmy się w nim w trójkę. Szlafroki basenowe w pokojach, ręczniki basenowe do odbioru na basenie. Poniżej hotelu znajduje się Leśny Park Niespodzianek, do którego w 5 minut dotrzecie piechotą, klienci hotelu mają zniżki na wejście. Nie polecam zabrania ze sobą wózków, bo to naturalny, leśny, momentami stromy teren. Luzem spacerują tam sarny, kozy, które można karmić zakupionymi w kasie ziarnami. Są też pokazy lotu sów, a także można oglądać inne zwierzęta w zagrodach. Super atrakcja dla dzieci na świeżym powietrzu. Jedyny minus pobytu w hotelu był taki, że trzeba dokładnie pilnować opłat, ponieważ przez przypadek chciano nam podwójnie naliczyć opłatę za pobyt psa oraz nie przyznano nam zniżki za obiad (dodatkowy obiad, nie w ramach wykupionego pakietu śniadań i obiadokolacji) w restauracji, na który miał nam przysługiwać 10% rabatu. W okresie zimowym warto zaopatrzyć się w łańcuchy, ponieważ podjazd do hotelu jest dosyć stromy, znajduje się on w najwyżej położonym punkcie w hotelowej okolicy. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo dobre, polecam szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi i psiarzom (spory teren do wyprowadzenia pupila).

Overall stay ok, but we rate the hotel itself at 3 * On the plus side: - location at the very top, but access is cumbersome, because there is a park in front of the hotel for visitors and you have to be careful because it is narrow and a lot of people, - cleanliness at the highest level, - very good food and a large selection, - nice and helpful staff. As for the minuses: - we did not receive a room with one large bed, only 2 singles joined together, and we informed about the request before arrival and we did not receive information either at the reception or by e-mail that they no longer have available rooms, but we found out when we had already checked in - when it comes to the room itself, the view is poor, because from the side of the entrance and at night you could hear someone coming or how the service was doing something at the garages - in the bathroom, the water in the shower is difficult to set when it comes to temperature and very low pressure - when it comes to the pool area, it is the biggest drawback, because the water in the pool is cold, most of the options such as rain shower etc. do not work, the jacuzzi works only in the afternoon because it heats up for a long time, in the cloakroom to put things in the lockers, you have to get another card because the room does not work

Hotel zasługuje na swoje pięć gwiazdek. Pokój zadbany i czysty, zresztą jak cały hotel. Pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone jedzenie serwowane na śniadania i obiadokolacje w formie bufetu szwedzkiego. Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Polecam 👍
