The breakfast was great for adults...with some specialities from Poland kitchen like pickles...also for children the pancakes. My daughter was looking forward for maskot diamond and big playroom....and ofcourse for swimming pool and jacuzzi...we both enjoyed all our time there already for third time...

Hotel ok, o ciekawej architekturze. Niestety głośno, zwłaszcza gdy dostanie się pokój blisko korytarza, gdzie hotel urządził kącik dla dzieci. Drzwi oddzielające częśc z pokojami od bawialni stale są otwarte, bo hotel zainstalował nawet elektryczne trzymadlo zapobiegające zamykaniu drzwi :(

Hotel przypomina bardziej dom wczasowy z dużą ilością dzieci i grup firmowych.Dostalem upgrate do pokoju wyższej kategorii za co bardzo dziękuję.Poprawila się jakość obsługi recepcji!!! W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.

Podobało mi się · śniadanie było doskonałe, duży wybór, chociaż ludzi było za dużo, ale i tak sobie poradzili. Świetne udogodnienia dla dzieci (mieliśmy 3+4 lata), ale w kąciku dla dzieci panował bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, na zewnątrz był plac zabaw, piaskownica Nie podobało się · Na parterze przez 2 noce z 3 prywatnych imprez odbywała się bardzo głośna muzyka, która dudniła i grała aż do 4. piętra, do 2 w nocy, nie mogliśmy spać, drugiej nocy wezwano policję o północy, potem trochę się uspokoili, wcześniej kontaktowano się z recepcją x razy, pani próbowała drugiej nocy, ale bezskutecznie, przynajmniej zamknęła okna.... Na dole pod oknami był taras, gdzie pierwszej nocy palono i krzyczano do 2 w nocy, po interwencji drugiej nocy było łagodniej. Długi korytarz na 4. piętrze nie był oświetlony przez 3 dni, a to jest hotel dla dzieci... Jeśli chcesz zaznać spokoju w nocy, to zdecydowanie nie tutaj.

Polecam hotel 🤗 byłam w Hotelu teraz 3 raz i ten pobyt był najciekawszy. Widać, że Hotel ciągle się rozwija i dba o detale. Sylwester przygotowany na wysokim poziomie, smaczne jedzenie, profesjonalna i pomocna obsługa oraz bardzo ładny wystrój sylwestrowy. Pokój przytulny, zadbany z widokiem na piękny krajobraz gór. Chętnie znowu wrócę ❤️

Not worth the money we paid
We had to change our room as we found a cockroach walking on the furniture towards a plate with food. In the next room we found spiders and the sink was cracked. The food and its variety at the breakfast refers to a 3 star hotel. A plus for kids animators

Very nice located hotel with good service and rooms. Landscape from terrace - magnificent. Staff professional and friendly, happy to share some local tips. Good wellness area with pool and massages. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Parking available but additional charge.
