Pobyt w hotelu Diament w Ustroniu był świetnym doświadczeniem! Przemiła obsługa, czyste i komfortowe pokoje oraz pyszne jedzenie sprawiły, że czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko do szlaków i atrakcji Ustronia, a jednocześnie można tu odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju. Dodatkowy plus za strefę wellness – idealna na relaks po całym dniu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie tu wrócę!

Świetnie położony hotel, z dala od ulicy, mnóstwo zieleni, duży teren. Na zewnątrz plac zabaw dla dzieci, tor tubingowy, kręgle, taras słoneczny. W części 3-gwiazdkowej hotelu brak lodówek w pokojach, szlafroki 20 zł za pobyt, ręczniki basenowe w cenie. Dostalismy pościel dla dziecka i wanienkę. Pokoje nad restauracją z widokiem na Czantorię, ale słychać każdą imprezę z restauracji. Świetny basen, z brodzikiem dla dzieci (ciepła woda), jacuzzi, sala fitness, sala zabaw dla dzieci. Hotel doskonały dla rodzin z dziećmi. Odpoczęliśmy i dobrze się bawiliśmy.

Kurulduğu günden bu yana yenilenmemiş. Odaya girdiğinizde o yılların kokusunu alabiliyorsunuz. Üstüne bir de banyodaki tuhaf koku eklenince tam bir felaket. Klozetin kirli olması da cabası.

Wonderful place. Very beautiful and quiet location. The restaurant is great, and there is a beautiful pool and sauna. However, the Lift was not working to my section of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Właśnie wróciliśmy z bardzo krótkiego pobytu w tym hotelu. Hotel wśród zieleni, dobrze oznakowany. Przyjęcie i obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła. Śniadanie, bogate, bardzo duży wybór, smaczne, kawa dobra. Mieliśmy okazję skorzystać z obiadokolacji, tu też miłe zaskoczenie, ponieważ, byliśmy o 19:00, i był pełen wybór potraw i tych obiadowych i tych typu zimna płyta. Pokoje: przyjemne, dla nas za ciepło, otwieraliśmy okno, materace dla nas za miękkie, łazienka mała, ładna, kosmetyki o przyjemnym zapachu, no i uwaga dla hotelu: jest czajnik, są filiżanki, cukier... i herbata, jednak powinna być również kawa, saszetka neski, koszt minimalny, a jednak dla niektórych, kolosalna różnica. w czasie wolnym pograliśmy w ping ponga, szkoda,że był tylko jeden stół do bilarda. Basen : nie rozumiem, dlaczego, jest tylko basen dla pływających, wiadomo, że teraz już się tego nie zmieni, ale projektanci zawalili sprawę. Jacuzzi : ciepła woda, mogło by być ciut większe. Szkoda, że szlafroki są płatne. Dobrym pomysłem, są koszyki wiklinowe, w nim ręczniki kąpielowe, bierzesz do tego potrzebne rzeczy, i idziesz na basen. Bardzo często to rozwiązanie jest stosowane w austriackich hotelach.
