Good, except no cleaning when I stayed two nights

Pretty okay
It was okay. We went during the off season so the elevator was undergoing maintenance. The public area hot tub was pretty small, it only fits 4 people. Not the greatest for a winter stay and a long walk from the town center. Several small stains around the room, but overall fine.

Wir bekamen überraschenderweise ein riesiges Zimmer mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und extra Schrankraum und Bad. Also richtig viel Platz und ein sehr bequemes Bett (wie immer in Polen mit nur einer Decke, aber das Personal hat das Problem schnell gelöst). Ich bin kein Freund von Teppichen in Hotelzimmern, das könnte man modernisieren. Für den Parkplatz bekommt man vorab per sms eine Mobilnummer, die den Schranken öffnet und die Stellplatznummer. Ein tolles Service! Die Damen an der Rezeption waren generell sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für das Spa hatten wir nur wenig Zeit, aber der Pool ist groß genug für einige Schwimmrunden und es gibt Sauna & Dampfbad. Leider gibt es nur wenige Liegen. Am besten also schwimmen und gleich wieder gehen. Zu Fuß ist der Strand / die Strandpromenade durch einen kleinen Wald in ca. 10 min. erreichbar, in ca. 25 min. ist man an der Mole mit vielen Lokalen. Der Frühstücksraum ist der einzige Minuspunkt. Er hat null Flair. Die Tische sind sehr eng gestellt, es ist extrem laut und bei den Kaffeemaschinen lange Schlangen. Das Angebot selbst beim Frühstück war ok.

Convenient location close to my place of work and great room and staff. Appreciated the over the top care I received to make my extended stay enjoyable. Especially, appreciated the ability to get bag meals on the days I couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Clean and nice. Crew is always available and friendly. Cool pool for kids. This was the best attraction in Ustka for my daughter. For me water in all pools was a bit too warm. Breakfasts were really good - something good for everybody, even for my children;-) Also Jantar Hotel is really close to the sea.
