Primeiro: lençóis sujos, com pelos e manchas, de péssima qualidade. Segundo: serviço de limpeza péssimo. Só arrumavam, não limpavam nada. Eu mesma varri o chão e passei pano duas vezes. Reclamei da limpeza, e tentaram fazer melhor. Terceiro e MUITO GRAVE: roubaram muitos objetos pessoais nossos (AirPods, bolsa, roupa, carregadores, óculos de Grau!!!). Alguns o administrador Sr. Julio conseguiu recuperar, contato a história mais mentirosa que já escutei na minha vida. Pessoas de má índole. Se demonstram muito prestativos, mas na verdade são pessoas ruins. NUNCA RECOMENDARIA

We had a mini house (Cielo) that worked out great. There was lots of space here for the 5 of us, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. It has a kitchen where we could cook if wished (we didn’t). And it had a washing machine!! So we could wash a few loads of laundry and let dry on a rack we found in a closet. Julio made check-in super easy and he provided breakfast in the room both days. This was a nice assortment of croissants, yogurt, ham, cheese, ham and ground coffee which we brewed. We checked out on-time but he let us leave the bags in the room and pick them up after lunch. Good location. Good price. Enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Venimos súper felices de las cabañas… nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo que más podemos resaltar es la excelente atención de Julio. Es como tener a un guía con uno, nos ayudó en todo y de verdad su atención fue maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta, las cabañas son acogedoras, limpias y tienen lo que se necesita

La cabaña para 10 personas es MUY cómoda. fuimos con amigos y teníamos todas las comodidades, electrodomésticos vajilla todo impecable!! super recomiendo y sobre todo a Gustavo es muy atento! hubo un problema con una maquina de cafe y al toque lo soluciono muy amable y expeditivo!

Estuvimos alojados en la cabaña para 10 personas. Desde el primer momento que me comuniqué con julio, me brindó una atención espectacular. La cabaña es tal cual se la ve en fotos. Todos los cuartos tienen televisor! El desayuno súper abundando para las 10 personas. La limpieza genial. El último día nuestro vuelo salía a las 20:00 y pudimos dejar las valijas dentro de la cabaña sin ningún inconveniente. También quiero resaltar que mi hija se olvido un juguete súper importante para ella, y me lo guardaron y enviaron a capital! El complejo tiene una ubicación espectacular

Estuvimos alojados en la cabaña Cielo, es hermosa, grande y confortable. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles. Felicitaciones por la calidad del lugar. Esta en una muy buena ubicación, y la atención de Julio, excelente! El desayuno super abundante, el servicio de limpieza un 10. Super recomendable!

La Cabaña Tierra Mística muy buena ubicación, no fuimos con auto, a una cuadra de la calle principal. Impecable, muy buen desayuno . Llegamos de noche, Julio se comunicó con una agencia y al otro día temprano ya estábamos paseando. Dispuesto permanentemente, con propuestas y atento a nuestras necesidades.

Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable en Cabañas Tierra Mística. Las cabañas son acogedoras, muy buena calefacción y presión de agua caliente. Súper limpias. Impecables. Estaban terminando de hacer una parrilla muy linda y grande. La ubicación es excelente, a pocas cuadras del puerto y a 1 cuadra de la Av principal. Desayuno rico y abundante aunque por covid lo sirven en la cabaña. Sirven facturas, 1 feta de jamón y queso por persona, pancitos, manteca, dulce de leche (muy rico) mermelada y jugo de caja. Personalmente no volvería a elegir esta opción de desayuno porque preferimos los desayunos con fruta, yogurt, cereales, huevo, pero si te gustan los desayunos tradicionales es una buena opción. La cocina tiene lo imprescindible para cocinar algo sencillo. Queremos destacar la excelente atención de Julio, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Si volvemos a Ushuaia Tierra Mística sería nuestra primera opción de alojamiento. Muy recomendable.
