WOREST SERVICE and FACILITY HOTEL I have ever stay in the WORLD WIDE. 住過全世界各種各樣的酒店，雖然不能保證每一家都那麼盡人意，但做到像這家温德姆酒店在服務和設施都極爛的還是第一次。幾乎從來不寫差評，實在忍不住必須要送給這一家一個大大的差評，也給大家警示： Customer service 服務方面： 1. 預訂了三晚，衹有第一天放了一瓶水，我問能不能再多給一瓶，一小瓶水完全不夠喝，酒店説因為你定的是大床房衹有一瓶，OK這麼摳門的酒店也是無語。結果第二天直接沒有水了，去和前台溝通，奇葩的回覆來了：前台説你們不管住多少天，衹有第一天有水，住一個月也是。1000多一晚的酒店竟然扣扣搜搜成這樣，那我説如果我分開下訂單呢，一天下一個呢？酒店回覆那可以每天給你水，但你每天都要換房間。無法言語表達的震驚 2. 沒辦法衹有找酒店買水，好傢伙幾十塊錢一瓶最普通的礦泉水，這是在阿根廷！外面也衹賣一兩塊錢！原來是這樣才不送水的，這間酒店吃相未免不要太難看！ 3. 最讓人傷心的部分：我們週一一大早退房去機場，週末郵局都不開門，到處找都不開，衹有周一才開。買了好多明星片，想着在世界盡頭的城市寄給國內外的親戚朋友是件非常值得紀念的事情。我們把明信片全部寫好，周天晚上找酒店前台溝通這件事，衹需要他們幫我們抽個時間去郵局投遞一下或者叫快遞上來取一下即可，我們實在沒時間第二天一早就要趕飛機了。酒店打車到郵局也不到$10，我拿出$100美元小費表示感謝。前台拒絕了，説需要跟領導請示，我説這可以是私人personal的請求，衹請你們幫幫忙，我們可能這輩子也沒機會來第二次了。前台表示還是要跟領導請示，我熬夜等到臨晨三點，領導回覆説不行，不給客人提供這種服務。沒辦法我們衹能把一堆明星片又揣回國。實在不理解為什麼會有如此不近人情的酒店服務！！ 最後行程有變，定了三晚，提前好幾天溝通想取消最後一晚，酒店明確拒絕。在非旺季幾乎所有酒店都是可以協調的，但這間酒店明確拒絕，過來入住後發現整間酒店幾乎沒有什麼客人，早餐就我們一桌在吃，看來真是能宰一個是一個。Anyway是我們修改了行程，表示理解。但這間酒店的服務實在是太不近人情了 Facilities parts 設施方面： 1. 酒店設施陳舊，隔音效果極差，本來就沒什麼人住，但一旦有個人走過感覺就像在你旁邊似的，咯吱咯吱響 2. 水龍頭放水的時候發出巨大尖鋭的噪音，聽起來非常刺耳難受，晚上聽着更是覺得滲人 3. 馬桶坐墊上有翹起的尖鋭物品，每次上廁所必須很小心，萬一割破了有病毒感染後果更是不堪設想！！ 温德姆是我比較認可的酒店品牌，在國內國外都住過不少。這家酒店在烏斯懷亞當地的攜程排名也很高，價格在當地也不便宜。沒想到竟然遇到了如此的服務和設施，實在叫人難以忍受。 在飛機上詳細把此次經歷寫出來，也希望攜程和酒店能重視。給這麼高的排名這種入住體驗實在是有點砸温德姆的招牌。 最後還是很認可攜程的客服服務和態度的。吐槽了酒店的天價礦泉水後給我cover掉了一部分費用，我衹是吐槽沒想到攜程還給了補償，但我覺得這部分錢根本就不應該出，應該由酒店自行來承擔。

On the day of check-out, I specifically asked the front desk clerk what time was the latest check-out time, and the answer was 6 p.m. When we came to check out at 1:00 noon, we were told that we had to pay 20,000 pesos because we were checking out late, and they said plausibly, "You only asked me what time is the latest time to check out, I didn't say it was free." Beautiful Ushuaia, but never stay in this hotel again

The hotel environment is very good and the scenery is beautiful, but it is a bit far from the city center. It would be better if the hotel has a shuttle bus service

Un bello hotel y excelente experiencia
