Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stay at your own risk. When we first walked into the room the door was wide open without using our key card for entry. We thought this was weird and made sure that this could be locked. Upon entering we noticed questionable marks on the covers and had to turn this the opposite way so it wasn't against our face. Every time house keeping came in they did not lock the door afterwards. We told reception about this and they said they would sort it out. The following day our room was still unlocked after housekeeping. We complained to reception again but they did not speak English and had to use Google translate to flag that management is based in Buenos Aires. We spoke to the management team and they were not able to help apart from saying they will speak to housekeeping staff again. We wanted to cancel the rest of our stay but this was not possible. If you value cleanliness and privacy do not stay here.

For a two star it was excellent value and so clean . Ideal if you’re on a budget and central to the shops and town and port . View of mountains was lovely . Safe as a solo woman ! Everything you need . Very roomy hotel rooms for price . Beds comfortable . Staff lovely !

Stayed three nights before boarding Antarctic cruise. The hotel is well located within walking distance of restaurants, shops and attractions. No soundproofing and thin walls. Lots of noise from the hallways. The room was clean, albeit quite basic with minimal furniture: beds, night stands, a counter and a chair for two people. No closets, luggage racks, or even hooks. Thermostats were disabled and the room temperature could not be adjusted. I was told to open the window if we were too hot. There are no screens at the windows. Reasonably comfortable beds and pillows. Not all power sockets worked: some of them appeared to drain devices instead of charging them. Bathroom with everything in working order. Basic breakfast. Average wifi. For check-in, we received an email asking us to check-in online, by filling out a form on the hotel website with multiple questions including marital status and profession (which should be irrelevant for a hotel stay). However, when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff stated that they didn't have access to the online information, and asked us to fill out a paper form. Check-out time is fairly early (10:00). For the price paid, the hotel was ok. However, I wouldn't stay again.

La habitación no estaba mal pero tampoco bien. El agua del baño era amarilla. El retrete estaba tapado y la ducha perdía agua. El aire acondicionado estuvo prendido todo los días todo el día, no tenían control del mismo y me propusieron tocar algo del equipo para apagarlo. Algo super riesgoso. El TV no funcionaba y tampoco tenía control. No había teléfono en la habitación, a cambio era todo a través es de WhatsApp. En mi caso, mi conexión era mala incluso después de conectar a wifi por lo que era dificultoso. La recepción fue buena a except de una de las chicas que estaba el domingo por la mañana!
