Un verdadero quilombo. Estaban alojados dos o tres equipos extranjeros de ski, ocupando todos los pasillos y zonas comunes del hotel. Todo sucio y desordenado. Y lo peor es que no lo advirtieron al momento de reservar. Última vez en este hotel.

Sábado 20 de Julio de 2024. La verdad no tengo palabras para AGRADECER la impecable atención de todo el personal de los distintos turnos, buena onda y predisposición. El Hotel es excelente, vacacionamos con mi hija y a pesar de tener un inconveniente personal, me hicieron sentir super contendida y acompañada y nos brindaron toda la colaboración. Hasta los dueños del Hotel se acercaron para brindarme su ayuda. Nos encantó el hotel, los servicios que incluía, la comodidad de la habitación la vista, desde todos los rincones del mismo. Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales. La comida es deliciosa. Tiene variedad y buenos precios. Desayuno es excelente. Hasta compartimos la Final de la Copa América con una picada excepcional!!! LOS FELICITO!!!! realmente lo recomiendo. Estas cerca de todo..... Alejandra N.

Habitación junior con balcón vista a la ciudad súper calefacción! Limpia, colchón y almohada muy confortable. Atención amable. Solo agregaría agua fría y caliente en zonas comunes. Desayuno óptimo. Muy buena ubicación cerca Cerro Mantial

O hotel é relativamente novo, muito confortável, camas confortáveis, café da manhã completo. Distante da cidade. Quartos tamanho bom, o aquecimento é 10, o restaurante tem uma comida boa, porém um ponto negativo que faltou luz de emergência.

el hotel está alejado del centro, unas 25 cuadras. Te permite estar cerca de circuitos de trekking y demás atracciones. La habitación está bien, tiene una gran vista y es cómoda. El desayuno es completo aunque podría está mejor. La gente del hotel ofrece muy buena atención. Tiene un restaurante que está bien, pero no tiene una gran variedad de platos, pero los que tiene están muy bien. En líneas generales es un muy buen hotel. Podría tener un espacio de gimnasio. Tiene un jacuzzi externo que estaba cerrado.

Lo mejor y único de este hotel es la vista privilegiada que tiene. lo demás deja mucho que desear. al estar alejado del centro hay que calcular según las veces que se tenga que ir, entre 5000 y 10000 pesos de taxi por día. salvo Matías del bar que tenia muy buena onda, el resto del personal parecía estar en babia, sin empatía al huésped. no hay pava eléctrica para tomar algo caliente a la vuelta de una excursión, y pedir en el bar solo por traerlo o ir a buscarlo te cobran $3000 y según pregunte es por las dudas manches una sabana (!) Dormir una siesta es muy difícil ya que se escucha todo lo que se habla en los pasillos y en especial el personal, tuve que llamar para pedir un poco de paz. el desayuno muy básico de acuerdo a la categoría que pretende el hotel, los panes incomibles, son congelados y descongelados al traerlos. las medialunas si estaban muy buenas. en fin, hay muchísimas opciones en una ciudad como ushuaia, la próxima iré a otro hotel

L'hotel è situato sulla collina con vista panoramica su Ushuaia, è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi in circa 30 minuti, variabili a seconda del tragitto, andata in discesa e ritorno in salita. Pulito, caldo e con colazione varia. Il giorno della partenza avevamo l'aereo la mattina presto e, a richiesta, la sera prima ci hanno fornito un succo, una brioche e biscotti di più tipi, in sala la mattina macchina del caffè disponibile. Limitrofo ai percorsi per trekking.

The location is a 30-minute walk from the city center. The view is great, but that is about it. The room was spacious but very outdated and could use an upgrade. The breakfast is very boring, mostly cakes. There are toast, but no toaster. However, if you ask the staff, they can toast it for you. It could easily be improved. We had dinner one night, it was mediocre.

the hotel is on the outskirts of the town (10 mins taxi drive from the center) on the side of the mountain ( hence the great views over the Ushuaia bay) walk down is a nice 25 mins stroll, going back it is better to hail a cab/Uber ( easily done) staff is friendly and rooms are large ( not particularly modern) breakfast could be improved in both quality and choice
