The room was nice with a good view. The staff was very helpful and was able to communicate in English which helps since I only speak a little Spanish. The room was almost too warm. We opened a window to cool it down although that let in some noise from outside.

our 5 night experience
Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast.

La colazione era molto ricca e variegata. Vi è anche una buona scelta anche per persone intolleranti al glutine. L'hotel è situato in un'ottima zona centrale che permette di raggiungere i luoghi d'interesse a piedi. Il servizio di lavanderia è veloce ed economico. La camera non era tanto grande ed era pure ingombra di mobili. Il colore scuro degli stessi la faceva risultare anche più piccola.

Excelente hotel, bem localizado, atendimento perfeito, todos bem treinados. Academia bem equipada, água sempre quente na torneira, banheira no quarto, tudo ok. Único ponto que coloco como melhoria seria o café da manhã, pois não possui uma variedade de salada como: alface, rúcula e outras folhas. De salada só tinha tomate e pepino. Mas tinha aveia, linhaça e chia de fibras todos os dias. Tem uma variedade de pães (muito bons), iogurtes, doces em Caldas, etc Devido a variação de temperatura, minha esposa se sentiu mal e não tinha ambulatório. Mas todos foram prontamente atenciosos e até foram comprar remédios para nós (com nosso dinheiro, claro).

Confortable hotel a pocas cuadras del centro de Ushuaia. La habitacion es muy comoda y espaciosa, y el baño tambien. Buena atencion del personal. El desayuno es muy variado y completo. Los espacios comunes son agradables. Una buena opcion para pasar unos dias en Ushuaia

Excelente atención tanto del personal de la recepción como del salón comedor.Ubicado a una cuadra y media de la principal de Ushuaia y de los lugares a visitar.Muy buen desayuno y cena.La habitación en el tercer piso con excelentes vistas y una gran terraza además de un baño moderno y un gran placard.Totalmente recomendable. Lo elegiría nuevamente al regresar a Ushuaia.
