I don't recommend this hotel. It was very run down and the room did not smell very clean. Pillows were dirty. TV only had Spanish channels. Reception service is 24 hours. Parking lot directly in front of entrance although there is plenty of free parking on the street. It is on a hill. Safety box inside room. Shower spigot was awful.

Rooms are not properly displayed on your website. It is much smaller than seen in the photos. No lighting in the staircase and it is the only access to the upper floors. Very noisy into the early morning hours. No one seemed to care.
Breakfast was the ok but sufficient.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family. Our room and bathroom had open drains from which strong sewer smells emanated. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms were old and mouldy. Breakfast was mediocre at best, although standard for Ushuaia overall.

Estivemos por 3 noites neste hotel. A 1a noite foi dia 22/4 no próximo dia partiríamos para uma expedição no canal de beagle . Voltamos dia 28 e saímos dia 1. No dia 30 a cidade teve um black out. Ficamos sem luz e sem água até para escovar os dentes. Precisei pedir água no café da manhã para escovar os dentes, aguardei 15’ até que conseguissem um copo de água. Café da manhã péssimo. Pães duros, havia acabado o leite , ovos, e não repuseram . Precisei pedir uma xícara de leite . Atendimento muito ruim. A noite voltamos para tomar banho. Já havia retornado água e luz na cidade, mas não havia água quente em meu quarto. Conclusão : sem banho. A torneira do banheiro fazia um som que ninguém conseguia dormir, a deixamos aberta e o som dela pingando não nos permitia dormir. Chamamos o rapaz da recepção que olhou e nada fez. Jamais voltaria neste hotel. Pasme 99 dólares jogados no lixo.

Un lugar muy acogedor, con un excelente desayuno y los recepcionistas muy amables y serviciales a cualquier consulta. La ubicación es estrategica para realizar las excursiones y/o caminatas que uno desee realizar en la ciudad de Ushuaia. El precio muy accesible para una ciudad de ensueño!!

Precioso hotel, habitación con todo lo necesario, limpia, cómoda y con balcón con hermosas vistas. El desayuno simple pero muy rico que se sirve en un salón espacioso que también se utiliza para descansar o leer. El personal super amable y siempre atento. Queda muy cerca del centro pero las calles son muy empinadas. Muy recomendable

Es un hermoso lugar, con personal súper amable. Los cuartos amplios y confortables. Además se llega caminando rápido a la calle principal. Definitivamente súper recomendable. Gracias por su amabilidad!!!!
