The service is very good. Although there are not many people in all aspects, the service is warm and thoughtful with a smile. Moreover, it is closer to the scenic spots in Beijiang than the city. The accommodation is also very cost-effective, quiet and quiet with few people. The swimming pool and gym hours from 8:30-23:00 are reasonable for the local area. The bed is quite big and I can rest well. The air conditioner is also good. It is powerful and quiet. However, the quilt cover is a bit hard and the toilet does not have a washlet.

It is located at a 20 min walk from the train station on the 23rd floor. A chinese ID is needed to enter the building, just ask the security guard to let you in, he immediately understood where I was going and pointed me the floor number on a paper.
Stayed in a 8 person dorm, amenities are good. The english at the reception varies from basic to no english at all depending on the person but nothing a translator cannot resolve. A few others travelers were staying here too during my stay.
If you are a foreigner staying in Ürümqi this the hotel I would recommend.

This is a great hotel. The room was very big and clean. The cleaning staff was very responsible and helped me send the clothes to the laundry room for washing and drying during my stay. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel has a great airport transfer service (using a Tesla Premium Sports car). The hotel is well located in the city center and close to many attractions. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

GGuest UserEvery time I come to Urumqi, I stay in almost every hotel, but this one satisfies me. From the beginning of the reservation, there are warm notes, such as room location, environment requirements, check-in requirements, etc. What surprised me even more was that after checking in, the service staff actually sent us two pairs of children's slippers, fruit snacks and biscuits, and the breakfast was rich in variety and nutrition. The quality is reflected in the details. The family and children are happy. Everything inside is very clean, the environment is beautiful, the fragrance is fresh, and the service ladies are cheerful and full of love. Sister Xiao Zuo kindly reminds us to issue a free parking ticket every time we go out. Come here again next time! Thank you for the hard work of all the service brothers and sisters! I hope your high quality can bring win-win cooperation for your service and our stay!

Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance
Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby
Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night
One of my wash sinks was clogged
The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world
Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

But when I checked out, there was a female employee at the front desk who had to give me a good review. It was so awkward! And the language was quite strong. She had to use my phone to comment. She said she wanted a few words and added her name! I refused this behavior at the time! The service industry should serve like a service. Good reviews are not very important! What's important is the service. If the service is good, good reviews will come naturally. It's really wrong to ask customers for good reviews from the hotel! I wanted to give a full score, but the woman at the front desk insisted on using my phone to comment. I didn't give it. How embarrassing! The location is excellent. The room is good! It's clean.

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

GGuest UserClose to the airport , the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Service at check-in was friendly enough, but they made a big deal about not being able to speak English, which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Facilities are limited, the restaurant operates at breakfast only, and the selection was meager. All food and drinks were the same temperature and no tea or coffehe available. The surrounding area is not ideal for those without a vehicle as there are only mechanics and similar enterprises to be found in the immediate surroundings. Service is the biggest issue. On check out the staff member insisted that I leave a review mentioning both himself and his colleague by name, even though they were not the staff members who helped me and answered my questions at check-in, nor was I able to read their names myself from their name tags which do not include Pin Yin. Another unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction. I suspect they don't get a lot of international guests, which seems appropriate given what is on offer.

The reception staff did not speak English but they used a translations app without issues. The bed was comfy and the views were nice. I would recommend this place to any foreign travellers.

Upon arrival i found my Alipay was not functioning well and could not pay the taxi fare. and it was 达娜 who has helped me out by paying for me - an old lady in my 70s - first. I reimbursed her later. This is most unforgettable and i would like to thank her profusely.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located at a T-junction, single 2-way lane and a one way lane. The surrounding is not impressive but convenient to get local food and drinks (beer especially) and go around. The room is spacious enough and the clean bed linen gives us a good night sleep. Breakfast is typically Chinese style, soya bean drinks, porridge, boiled eggs and cooked food. No bread and coffee is provided. Nevertheless we stayed there for 10 nights.

YYizimoIt's very clean, has heating, and is comfortable to live in. The floor I live on actually has a laundry room and a gym. The price is amazing, and the main reason is that the service attitude is so good! I booked the room for two days and checked out early because of something else. The Uyghur lady at the front desk was very nice. I will stay at this hotel again next time, haha.
