踏入酒店便覺温馨，前台服務高效貼心。房間整潔明亮，床品舒適柔軟，窗外景色宜人。衞浴潔凈無異味，設施齊全好用。早餐種類豐富美味，整體體驗超預期，下次還來！

下午19點入住，入住後房間開始漏水，就在一台電腦上方，導致電腦無法使用，
維修人員10點半到，一直維修到凌晨一點，維修的時候人員來來回回就跟住在火車站一樣，而我們同行的還有女生一點都不方便。
前台溝通第二天給到補償解決方案，第二天工作人員來了説是樓上裝修導致，一直在推脱責任，經理説自己掏腰包給我們買幾瓶水作為補償，簡直搞笑！
另外聽空調維修人員反饋，酒店老闆不想花錢修理漏水問題。另外酒店設施陳舊，被子全是黃色的污垢和不明頭髮，沙發全是污漬，衞生間的水簡直就是滴水，根本沒辦法洗澡，酒店人員上來不是解決問題，説的是我們酒店都是這個樣子。至今為止住過最垃圾的電競酒店，且酒店運維無作為，應該也是不在乎用户體驗，一鎚子的買賣。太差了，超級差！
