酒店衞生很好，到處都乾乾淨淨，維族的女服務員普通話溝通有點困難，但是打掃衞生很用心。進電梯要刷卡才能到達客房層，所以客房很安全也很安靜。洗衣房有四台洗衣機，本來夏天的衣服快速洗就夠了，但是有些旅客設定的洗滌時間達到兩個小時，這就很容易造成長時間排隊。中午餐去餐廳點菜吃飯價格實惠，維族美女服務員很熱心，早餐也不錯。
