酒店位於烏魯木齊核心位置，去大巴扎和田二街、領館巷等主要商圈都很近，酒店是新裝修的，房間設施比較全，衞生打掃的乾淨，前台服務熱情，早餐品種選擇也多。説點小插曲，入住期間，停在酒店的車子被刮擦，告知酒店後，酒店工作人員積極配合，並調取監控後發現是騎車小孩所為，最後和酒店協商，在酒店孔凡芝和冉金花的積極協調下也妥善解決
