大家好好看看差評在考慮，別的酒店是解決問題，這個酒店是出現問題靠不承認，解決客人！出來17天第一次碰見這種全是坑的。她們可能接待旅遊團多，不怕散客沒有。
大家一定要避坑！！！1:酒店門鎖壞的，晚上12點準備不出去要睡覺鎖門發現鎖不了，沒有維修部門人，一個小夥，應該是其他部門幫下樓找配件修到凌晨2點多，無法洗漱休息，凌晨3點剛能睡覺！平台問詢酒店，她們回覆第一次説在維修。第二天變成門沒壞，説我下午3點到的夜裡才壞，好在我有視頻和錄像，門鎖裏面根本沒有配件，空轉的擺設！我相信基本客人定酒店第一會考慮安全問題，這連基本的安全問題都無法保證，要不是我要求其他可以湊合、糊弄着用，但門鎖必須保證是正常使用，第一次過來的客服意思也是不修。
2:花灑三個出水口，上下一起出水，導致水壓不足，她們回覆暫時無法維修，到離店也沒見來修。
3:親子房有兩個電視，其中一個壞的，跟平台投訴，酒店回覆説沒壞，我沒插電源！期間客服上樓打電話給同事，電話那頭告知她這個電視不能用，扭頭跟平台回覆説我沒插電源！
重點説明：凌晨兩點我向平台反饋過意見：1、幫我換個同房型，2、幫我換個其他房間正常門鎖我能鎖上就行，3、如果更換房子太小可以幫我安排兩個小房間，能住下就行。以上三條平台反饋我均無房子了，無法更換，門鎖也換不了其他房間的。我不知道一直回覆平台的是哪個工作人員，你們這種處理方式，顛倒黑白，你覺得你能做服務業能長久嗎？頭一次遇見這種睜眼説瞎話的酒店！大家務必擦亮眼睛，你們就靠顛倒黑白運營酒店嗎？次數多了你們運營的下去嗎？貴的便宜的酒店都住過，第一次碰見這種情況，大家避坑！！！怪不得那麼多差評，真的服氣了，大家選擇時候多看看大傢什麼感受，不準哪天自己碰上這種酒店，影響心情。發平台視頻無法上傳這裏，衹能截圖，要不是太氣憤我都不能寫這麼多。

第一，房型較差，略微不適。第二，床邊衹有一個櫃子和一個插座。第三，期間還停電了，爬四五樓差點熱死。第四，住了兩晚，白天讓換床單啥的，回來以後發現床單污漬還在。第五，兩天也是400多買的，服務人員在換用品時還陰陽是不是特價，我消費者還要被jugde。總的來説，體驗不好

Otel temiz . WiFi var. Yardımcı olmaya çalışan personel Güler yüzlü. Otobüs ile birçok noktaya gitme imkanınız var. Büyük pazara giden otobüs otelin yanından geçmekte. Hoten caddesine yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Beklentilerimi karşılayan bir otel.
