國內出差和旅遊去過大大小小城市很多了，這家是希爾頓旗下經歷過的最差的一次。 宛若一個盜版的希爾頓花園酒店一樣。
房間裏一直有股怪味，大概率是新酒店，櫃子材料會發出來的。 衞生間裏反味。 辦理入住時候非常慢，辦理過程中還接電話讓人不得不等着。 總之是非常不好的一次在希爾頓的體驗。

由於曾經多次入住希爾頓歡朋，這次感覺希爾頓花園應該比歡朋好些才選擇嘗試，但是住過3個晚上後，發現最多給3星！這是給硬件和麪對面服務的！那些沒有面對面的軟性服務方面，槽點實在太多：剛一入住就發現廁所門口有沒清理乾淨的葡萄籽，梳粧台地面上有棉簽，化粧鏡上有沒擦乾淨的指紋，床上發現一根長頭髮——這足以讓人很膈應了！第二天出去玩了一天，回來後發現房間確實收拾乾淨了，但是地面明顯沒清潔，最鬱悶的是馬桶竟然沒刷！前一晚腹瀉的痕跡還在上面！第三天早上專門和前台去説了，回來後才發現馬桶清理了，但是！地面依舊沒有清潔，洗手液空了沒有補！抽紙也用完了——這些細節讓我深深感受到這家酒店在標準化管理上欠缺太多。
再説説其他細節：這是我第一次見到酒店三個電梯竟然不聯動！住客必須得摁三遍按鈕——否則總不能盲猜哪個電梯快吧？這到底是誰設計的？每次坐電梯都好煩！
最後一天早上去吃早飯，發現電梯壞了一個，剛到頂層餐廳出電梯，就聽到刺耳的電梯報警聲——就是那個壞電梯，一直敞着門等待修理。在我們吃飯過程中，一直伴隨着報警聲，竟然無人去解決這個問題，效率都這麼低嗎？好歹把報警關了啊！
另外，酒店有地下車庫，但不建議停：地庫像是沒建好似的，還有一部分工地的樣子，也就通往酒店大門的位置亮堂一點。而且第二天一問前台，説建議停地面，因為從地庫出去不能自動抬桿，得打電話給前台操作——我也是醉了！
總體感覺就是：酒店雖然是新建的，但是人員的整體服務是落後的，也就前台還算客氣些，但也沒過多交流。真是白瞎了這麼好的硬件！
如果説新疆的希爾頓酒店都是這樣我也沒話説，可去烏魯木齊前，我們剛在吐魯番的希爾頓歡朋住過一晚，上面的情況都沒有出現過，這又該如何解釋？
