這間酒店的服務相當不錯，前台員工態度友善且樂於提供協助，讓人感到十分貼心。不過，由於入口處缺乏明顯標示，我們初次到訪時花了些時間尋找，建議可以加強指引。此外，酒店的設施整潔，整體住宿體驗良好。

離烏魯木齊站（北廣場）步行10分內，嶄新的智能化酒店；前台與清潔人員都很親切。不過，酒店位置有點難找，從8便利店門口可以進入大廳，看到愛麗酒店的指示（咖啡廳旁）走進去，坐電梯上12樓

酒店很新，指示不清楚。我們的車在街上轉了幾圈都不知道在哪裡可以坐電梯從地面上12樓酒店前臺（因為有老人和大行李，爬上大廈電梯大堂的樓梯好長不方便）。最後才知道車輛可以駛入地下車庫坐電梯上12樓前臺。儘管入住比較麻煩，但前臺應記一功，所有人都非常友善和幫忙，也願意下來車庫接我們。

性價比不錯，房間大，床和沙發都挺舒服的，就是前台服務意識兩級分化嚴重，表揚一個個子較小的男生，態度很好，其他的就差強人意了，有次外賣小哥把東西放在前台，打電話問是否可以幫忙送到房間，推脱前台忙沒空送，結果發現前台5人衹有一人在服務一位顧客，其他人都在聊天嬉戲玩遊戲，退房的時候那位很忙的服務員我都不知道她哪來的臉找我要好評的

這次旅行最幸運的就是選了這家酒店！一進門，前台工作人員熱情又高效地辦理入住，還貼心推薦周邊景點。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，窗外景色超美。健身房器材新，早餐豐富得讓人挑花眼。下次來這，肯定還住這兒！

❌1. 酒店位置不明朗 導航結束 看不見酒店標識 外部立體標識燈光不亮 給酒店打電話一直無法接通 2. 進入大廳 也沒有酒店引導標識 3.辦理入住後門禁無法及時打開 4. 酒店床單被套有污漬 有毛髮‼️ 5. 酒店隔音非常差 可以清晰聽到隔壁唱歌、噪音及打開水龍頭的水流聲都可以聽見❗️ 6.面盆下水不通 入住體驗非常差 最重要是隔音差 床單被套不整潔乾淨 而且進去沒有擺放Wi-Fi 掃碼標識 房間冷 沒有暖風功能 感覺空調是擺設！🙂↔️

衞生一般，但是酒店前台服務態度非常好，還來幫忙打掃衞生。冬天不建議訂這個觀景房，兩面都是玻璃，暖氣不足以支撐，有點冷
