非常失望的一次入住！本來開開心心的提着行李去入住，都到名宿門口了聯繫的時候才説房子進不去在修空調，需要等半小時一小時以上，當時已經非常累了，非常想躺進去休息，而且也是在2點以後入住的，聯繫工作人員，語氣非常不耐煩，而且給的解決方案就是讓我們把行李放倉庫？先出去玩？多次溝通以後才溝通到了換房子，又需要重新拿着行李箱穿越在樓層之間。有在解決問題但是完全無服務可言，還能感受到非常的非常的不耐煩，作為顧客為酒店的錯誤買單，溝通過程中沒有感受到一點抱歉！！！
請問我來住宿是來受氣的嗎？

想訂這家民宿的朋友千萬要小心！
我們訂了4個房間， 最後在查看房間後當晚沒有入住任何房間。實況如下：
1. 衛生質素惡劣， 其中一間房間（17棟2015室） 沙發旁有掉下的安全套
2. 設備殘缺不堪， 如：沙發腳架壞掉使用不安全。16號2101室沒有熱水（說有個紅色總開關掣我們也找不到）， 洗水間還有滴水問題。
3.停電：16棟1703室進去5分鐘後就停電了
4.房間完全貨不對版。明明其中訂了2間套房。 在辦理入住後才跟我們說只餘下1間套房。
完全沒有兌現應有的服務， 還拒絕退款， 服務品質絕對差劣。
